[pmwiki-users] Add title attribute to link?

Next question:

In the same way that one can specify Attach:image.jpg"Tooltip" to add a
'title' attribute to the <img>, is there a way I can add a title attribute
to a link?

I want to be able to display a tooltip for the links in my sidebar.  I tried
enclosing in a (:div:) but that messes with the formatting
