[pmwiki-users] Odd behaviour with RecentChanges page and Categories

Mostly intended.  The Category.GroupFooter on pmwiki.org has

    (:pagelist link=Category.{$Name} fmt=simple list=normal:)

and the "list=normal" keeps the RecentChanges pages from appearing.
