[pmwiki-users] need to add categories to newly created pages

Hi all,

I wish to use pmwiki to create a collaborative portal. In this portal the 
pages have to be "categorized", so what I would like to do is to use some 
sort of tags in the pages rather than use the wiki groups ( i need those to 
divide the pages into users groups ... ) .
The users of this portal will be divided into groups, and each group has to 
deal with some categories : 

e.g. : 
        group A - Category : A.1, A.2. A.3
        group B - Category : B.1, B.2, B.3
        group C - Category : A.1, A.2, B.3

Obviously, thees categories will have to be managed by the site administrator, 
so I don't really mind if they have to sit on a regular file rather than on a 
wiki page (just like the .htaccess file or Site.AuthUser ) .

The goal I'd love to reach is :
1 - have a form to create pages that has a combo that lists all the available 
2 - if, in the search box, i put a category name, I'd have the wiki pages, 
that are in the category, being listed.

What would be the best practice to achieve this goal ?
Is there anyone that has already being working on something like this ?
