[pmwiki-users] New recipe: Delicious

I have released a pmwiki recipe allowing a user to insert linkrolls,
tagrolls, and tag clouds from del.icio.us in a wiki page.

When installed, such lists are added using javascript in much the same
manner (and with most of the same options) as described on these
pages:

http://del.icio.us/help/linkrolls
http://del.icio.us/help/tagrolls

The (:linkroll:) and (:tagroll:) markups enabled by this recipe use
parameters as explained on the recipe page.
