Thanks, the AccessKeySkin is obsolete now (PmWiki's default skin
has accesskeys built-in), so I've de-configured it from the
Cookbook.

The question markup at the beginning of the second line is just
a programming habit of mine -- I tend to start my error messages 
with question marks so they can be quickly grepped and
processed by other tools.
