[pmwiki-users] How to put PmWiki in webserver / (document root) ?

I'm interesting to put pmwiki in my Apache webserver's document root (/)
instead a subdirectory. The reason is that I want to use pmwiki as my
website's primary framework. For example, I'd like to access pmwiki's
pages www.mysite.org/Main/Home or similarly...

How this can be done using the "safest" method? Please give me detailed
info about htaccess or any other change.
