It's possible but not pretty.  Assuming you want to make pagelist
list pages for 2006-03-03 and the future, you can use:

    name=2006-03-0[3-9],2006-03-[123]*,2006-0[4-9]*,2006-1*,200[7-9]*,20[1-9]*

which is good through the year 2099.

But no, there's not a generic "all page names after this date"
feature.
