Actually, it's not at all obvious; I didn't think of it until I
was about to hit "send" on my "there's not a way to do it" reply.  :-)

Essentially we're just doing a negative term search, asking the
system to return a list of pages that don't contain "Category.Recipe"
anywhere in the text.  Since it has to do a full search on each
page it may be a little slow, but it works.
