[pmwiki-users] TextFormattingRules and BasicEditing

Do we need to have both the TextFormattingRules and BasicEditing
pages?  They seem largely duplicative.  If we need both, what's
the main difference between them?

This question has been asked before, but I'm getting ready to
clean up documentation for the 2.1.0 release and wanted to make
a decision on this one way or the other.
