[pmwiki-users] pmwiki 2.1.6 and "footnotes"

Well,

The 'Footnotes' cookbook is designed for pmwiki 1.0.x ...
You can find it here http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook-V1/FootNotes

Obviously, if I don't reach to able that cookbook, this is probably due 
to its programmation, which probably work with a older pmwiki site ;)
