Not exactly. A new install will have pages such as
Site.PagelistTemplates in wikilib.d. However, when you edit that page,
it silently copies the page to wiki.d so that upgrades will not
adversely impact your customized pages. Therefore, to "revert" to
wikilib.d/Site.PatelistTemplates (that is, to use the new release's
version), you have to delete your local (i.e. on wiki.d) version
(which should be accomplished via the browser).
