[pmwiki-users] Deleting groups/categories

Once I create a Group or Category, how can I get rid of that group or category?
I've listed all the pages, and I've got one group and one category
whose only pages are 'Recent Changes' (the Category) and Group Header
(the group).

I don't want groups/categories that I created 'for fun' to hang around
for ever...help!!
