Oh, then maybe it shouldn't be mentioned at all in
UploadQuickReference until that's settled.

Should the lines of CSS code be pasted in the page so you can add them
to pmwiki.css?

Should it be done with HTMLStylesFmt to avoid breaking the appearance
in existing skins?
