The internal indexes are basically what allow backlinks to work 
(i.e., finding all of the pages that link to a given page or category).

This really only affects the "link=" option to (:pagelist:); i.e.,
(:pagelist link=ProjectXYZ.SomePage:) might overlook some pages that 
were last edited before the rename and had links to ProjectXyz.SomePage.
