[pmwiki-users] $PageUrl not being parsed

Hmmm, what version of PmWiki are you using?  As far as I can tell,
the markup seems to be working okay on pmwiki.org .  See
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Test/ForumForm .

Perhaps another recipe is interfering?  Is there a url we could
look at?
