[pmwiki-users] Authentication via email?

Hello group,

is there any way to set up a mechanism which will authenticate users via
email? I'd imagine it this way: a user wants access to a page which
currently requires a password. User is prompted for his email address.
If the address fits certain requirements (e.g., it's an address from
within a company etc.) an email with the password is sent.
