Triad skin version 2.1 released.

This version fixes some bugs, especially the fontsizer code is
rewritten and a bug which introduced unwanted cookies removed.
I added an option to switch to a 'Big View', which can be useful to
visually impaired people. This sets the text size fairly large and
removes the RightBar from view (can be toggled into view instantly).
It could be set to toggle into a single column super large font
display.

I would love to get some feedback from anybody with visually
impairment about this skin, and suggestions to further development.
