[pmwiki-users] "Save & Edit" and "Preview" with custom markup

Thinking about it a little more, I'm not quite sure what you mean. What 
do you mean by:

 > links to category pages (and just leave it as "Tags: ...")

Bearing in mind, I'm trying to retain a simple syntax, and would like to 
get the category markup in the template (probably via a global var).
