[pmwiki-users] Documentation for installing under https:?

Hi

Does anyone know of a page explaining how to install a farm under https? 
I'm in the process of doing this (well, actually I'm porting an old 
installation using http: to a new server using https:).

Anyway, I'm running into minor issues here and there so if there isn't 
already such a page I thought it'd be good to start writing one. 
Suggestion for it's location/name are welcome!

Actually, maybe the page should really be about how you set up a secure 
pmwiki installation?
