[pmwiki-users] disable wiki formatting, plain text

that did not work for me.  yes it turns off the wiki format parsing,
but it does not preserve newlines or spacing.

ideally, it should be like the HTML tag <verbatim> otherwise the
space/newline formatting won't be preserved.
