[pmwiki-users] {$Name} does *not* refer to the inclusion origin (but URL)

I remarked that {$Name) in the SideBar refers to the content (like in URL).
I think in the most cases this behavior makes sense and is desired.
But in some cases it would be useful to treat the file itself, to avoid 
"hardcoding" of names.
