[pmwiki-users] Problem with ~~~~ . . .

I have several users who are complaining that ~~~~ converts to
"BenWilson," which is a problem since none of them are BenWilson.  I
can think of nothing I have done that would cause this since I do not
affect $Author or ~~~~. This has been a problem in 2.1.Beta23 and Beta
26 (I did not use Beta24-5).
