[pmwiki-users] show only llink the user is authorized to see

For some application it would be very practical, when the (guest)user 
only would see the links he is also authorized to see, particularly in 
SideBar, when other groups are referenced.

I can imagine that  group-check could be implemented.

(on the other Hand, it might be usefull to see the groups and if 
necessary login, depends on the application)
Of course it's possible to use conditional markup, but that makes 
"programming" necessary
