[pmwiki-users] textarea always gets larger after the first keystroke

My bad... This was my first attempt to convert a template from OSWD, as 
you can see I didn't have much success .
I'm trying to fix it and I'll upload some stuff soon, unfortunately it 
has lots of errors. If anyone finds a way to fix it before me, please 
let me know.
