Ooops, I mis-wrote that, it should read:

   # Bla bla .. item 1 ... insert the command
   --> [@
   ls ..
   @]
     and then the command
   --> [@
   ls ...
   @]
   # Bla bla ... item 2

where the "a" in "and" lines up with the "B" in "Bla".
