I'm not handing my thread over to those mutineers! ;) Dan, let's take
back the thread! :)

Yes, I was looking at that last night. I haven't tested it out yet,
because what I'm really trying to do right now is get enough
information to decide what to do:
(a) make do with PmWiki as it is (several days of work?);
(b) learn how to bend WordPress to my will (days to weeks of work); or
(c) just wait for Pm to bring out blogging support (the least work,
but who knows how long a wait?).

Here's my thoughts on the matter:

Article lists: Thanks to the amazing new capabilities of pagelist,
article lists (for front page, archives and categories) can be at
least semi-automated. I am mildly discouraged that Hans has not found
a way to fully automate them. OTOH, I might be able to set up a
simpler, fully automated mechanism until someone clever figures out
something better.

Feeds: Hans' pages say something about not being able to do feeds, but
Pm said (Jan 11) that you can make feeds out of any pagelist source.
Unfortunately, there's not much documentation on *how* to make feeds
from pagelists.

Pings: there's no ping support in PmWiki at all, and I probably don't
really have the PHP chops to code it myself. If necessary, I can do a
manual ping for each post, at least until someone with more PHP skills
can be induced to deal with the problem.

Comments: I need to play with the cookbook script. I suspect it will do.

So, Pm: how's blogging support going? :)
