In pmwiki-2.1.beta21 or newer you can do, in config.php,
$pagename = ResolvePageName($pagename);
if ($pagename = 'SomeGroup.SomePage') {
SDV($Skin, 'red1');
} else { SDV($Skin, 'blue1'); }
