[pmwiki-users] I wanted EditForm Save, Preview, etc on top AND on bottom of form

I'm using 2.0 and I was wondering if there is a way to edit the Site/EditForm
and get functioning Save, Preview, etc buttons at more than one location,
in my case, above and below the text edit area.

I tried just replicating the buttons before the text area.  The buttons
show up, but don't appear to do anything.

Hints??
