In my quick read of the pubcookie docs 
(http://www.pubcookie.org/docs/install-mod_pubcookie.html) I see that 
this is a Unix-only solution. Does anyone know if there are plans to 
port to Windoze? The FAQ page is less than informative, although 
quite literal - it has lots of questions, but few answers!
