Should work (except it's probably "summary" and not "summery").

There's likely to be core support for getting the last change summary
via a page variable, but I'm still in favor of {$LastModifiedSummary}
over {$LastChangeSummary}, since we already have {$LastModifiedBy}
and {$LastModifiedHost}.
