I added a new cookbook recipe to create image maps, from within wiki
pages using markup.

The recipe adds markup to create image maps and link to an image.
Usage example:
    %usemap=#mapname%Attach:myimage.jpg
    
    (:imgmap mapname:)
    (:area link=Group.PageName shape=... coords=... :) 
    (:area link=http://example.com/ shape=... coords=... :)
    ....
    (:imgmapend:)
