i added a new cookbook recipe that adds a
{$LastChangeSummary} page variable.
i named it like this to be consistent with the
$ChangeSummary variable and the 'csum'.

give a look to

and if you want/can, enable it on the page to
give examples on the use. and maybe you can also
consider to add it in the core at some point later.
