It's not quite so easy to do this; $AuthorLink refers to the
address of the person who is currently accessing the site, which
is not necessarily the person who authored a particular revision of
a page.

The history page currently tries to create a link to a profiles
page based on the author name associated with each page revision.
Granted, this doesn't work if the profiles page is somewhere other
than PmWiki's default, but it's a bit more complex than simply
using $AuthorLink, which technically refers to something else.
