That site looks like it is using my blogging recipe, Kind-of Blog
(http://pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Kind-ofBlog).
KOB is easy to set up and easy to use, but it isn't as flexible as
some of the other blogging extensions you can find on the cookbook.
You can't have pages named according to the title, for example.
You'll also note that I haven't updated it in a long time. Pm has
said in the past that blogging will be part of the core when v2.2 is
released. I've been waiting to see what that looks like before
updating the recipe.
My plan has always been to write a conversion script once blogging in
v2.2 is finalized. That's been quite some time, so I may put together
a maintenance release in January. Hope that helps you!
