Works fine on fresh install.

Only recipes on old one are:

CleanURLs (Please, no, don't let that be the problem. Too many things to 
change at once.)
Commentboxplus
emailform-s
extendcond
pagetoc
pmcal
skinchange
skinlist

All the rest of the changes were in farmconfig and local/config, and the 
skin. (I doubt action=rss would call the skin.)
