If one wants to use page names it works fine by prefixing
{$ScriptUrl}:

(:input jumpbox value="{$ScriptUrl}?n=Cookbook.Input" label=Input:)

or shorter

(:input jumpbox "{$ScriptUrl}?n=Cookbook.Input" Input:)
