[pmwiki-users] PmWiki 2.1.27 released (maintenance release)

I've just released version 2.1.27 of PmWiki, now available from

It's pretty rare for me to issue a 2.1.x release after
starting the 2.2.0-beta series.  However, some recent changes
to PHP have exposed a minor (but annoying) bug in $TableRowIndexMax,
and so I wanted to fix it for those sites that aren't yet in
the 2.2.0 sequence, which is what this release does.

This release also adds support for the {*$var} markup
(added in 2.2.0-beta) to make it easier to migrate pages
from a 2.2.0 site into 2.1.27 .

I recommend that any site running 2.1.x upgrade to at least 2.1.27
to obtain these latest fixes.  It's also a good idea to start
looking into upgrading to 2.2.0-beta, which is reasonably stable
now and just needs a few feature additions before being complete.

Sites running 2.2.0-beta already have these items and therefore
do not need to upgrade.
