Are you using 2.2beta?  This sounds like the Relative Page Links feature
of 2.2; links are now relative to the page they are coded in (in this
case, Site.SideBar) rather than the page they appear in (such as
Main.Main).  For something like Site.SideBar, it's always a good idea to
fully-qualify the links anyway.
