Umm.... didn't you just do that?

Or are you saying that your existing version was already checked out
using Subversion and you need to switch it to a new url?  If that's the
case, I wonder if "svn switch" would work (do this from the pmwiki root):

    svn switch svn://38.119.121.196/pmwiki/tags/latest
