[pmwiki-users] Form Input missing 4 types !!!!

Yes, but if an author is already going to have to enter javascript
into the code, why not just enable html and do the button that way
too. Or were you not wanting to enable html?  it is an existing
solution for those that want to take these kind of security risks (or
adequately protect certain pages against them). Just curious.
