It would of course be optional -- if a value for $GoogleUCode
isn't set then no Google Analytics stuff would appear anywhere
in the output.

Yes, it can be done as a recipe; I just felt that it's a little 
too short to be worth having as a .php file, and perhaps a little 
too long to copy+paste.
