Try removing any .mailposts file from the wiki.d/ directory.  It appears that
PmWiki is having trouble doing that, or writing the file.

If that doesn't do it, then there's something else going on.

But if you're updated to the latest version of PmWiki,  you might want
to switch to using NotifyLists instead of MailPosts anyway. (NotifyLists
is much more robust and has more capabilities.)
