[pmwiki-users] title atrribute for textlinks

It is possible to use a titleattribute for imagelinks, for example:
* 
[[Site/AllRecentChanges?action=rss|{$FarmPubDirUrl}/skins/netstreams/img/rss.gif"$[RSS-Feed 
from this Subject]"]]

but it seams not possible to:
* [[Site/AllRecentChanges?action=rss|RSS"$[RSS-Feed from this Subject]"]]


Could that be realised somhow or does this belong to the pmwiki code?
