[pmwiki-users] wikiforms question

Does anyone know if it is possible to put static text and/or markup in a
wikiforms form definition?

I'd like to include something like the following on each form to allow
adding attachments and displaying a list of the attachments. (I've set
up uploads in the "by group - by page" mdoe.)

this page.
