[pmwiki-users] please don't use formatted email

A plea to the growing number of list users who use formatted (html) email:
Please don't use formatted emails for this list, but use plain text
messages instead. In some email clients formatted messages are hard to
read, as they dictate font and font size, as well as mess up quotes or
display them badly or difficult to distinguish.
