The latest server side software for the PublishPDF
cookbook script library is available from
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=Wikipublisher.InstallTheServer

This is a maintenance release that fixes a number
of bugs. Details are at
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=ReleaseLog.20060411

In particular:
- page header and footer margins are now correct when
US letter page size is specified
- a hanging indent (outdent) no longer causes the PDF
  request to fail
- justification=off (text is flush left) now works on
  single pages

The server now supports centered images with captions.
This requires the latest PublishPDF library, which I
hope to release this week.

Those updating an existing server must download and use
the 0.9.3d tarball -- for this release, you can't just
replace the xsl file.

For a new installation, please read the installation
instructions carefully. You may find it useful to PDF
the page and print it.

As always, thanks go to Donald Gordon for the server
side magic.

Comments and questions welcome.
