[pmwiki-users] Inital start up error`

I had my webhost look at it and it was some permission that they had to
change.  Thanks for all the help.

Is it running IIS or Apache?

If IIS, then there may be something else you have to do in order for the
webserver to have write permission to the wiki.d/ directory.

At any rate, the error message is almost certainly because the webserver
process is unable to write to the wiki.d/ directory (due to permissions of
some sort).  It's not due to a missing .flock file.
