IMHO, this page got a bit mixed up. Since I'm really looking forward to 
have a PmWiki-Blog, I try to extract the relevant info here.

I think we should first have a stable core blogging functionality before 
adding more advanced features like trackback, comments or XML-RPC.

Core Functionality:

- bliki page attributes
(every blog entry is saved as a "normal" wiki page containing some 
special attributes --> bliki page)
-- title
-- teaser
-- creation date
-- categories
-- publish status (e.g. draft, posted)

- enhanced (:pagelist:)
(the magic happens in pagelist)
-- new list format: Headline-and-Teaser
-- new filters: bliki pages, creation date, category, publish status

- new/edit bliki page form
(creating or editing a bliki page should be supported by an enhanced 
page editing form)
-- bliki page attributes have their own input fields
-- a new bliki page gets its pagename from the title attribute (permalink)

Advanced features could then be added in a second step.
