perhaps the only good idea would be to use the keywords to make an  
index of keywords... (= wikify the keywords )

more...always thoughts excuse I'm not informatician (nor english  
spoken  ;-(

why ? or why not a Site.Keywords  with keywords sorted  
alphabetically ? and .... with a possibility to create directly new  
keywords for this page, these pages, this group.....

More generally, I think that make a job for more than one page is an  
admin-dream
