[pmwiki-users] updates of gemini and fixflow skins

I updated GeminiTwo to  version 10
and FixFlow to version 4
and uploaded new zip files to pmwiki.org

In the latest update:
Added Georgia font scheme for a better readable serif font.
Added support for %sidehead% SideBar headings.
Small revision of spacings and font colours in the sidebar.
Added support pages GeminiTips and an “About” page.
Revised Gemini-EditForm to use styling of buttons.
